Coaching Workshop
We don't teach. We coach and empower through hands-on workshops on:
-
Conducting Local Research: Helping them become the owners of their own data.
-
Customary Land Tenure: Giving them the power to secure their lands and protect their ancestral belongings.
-
Forum Theatre: Turning conflict not into arguments, but into collective storytelling and creative resolution.
-
Documentary Production: Helping them craft short films for advocacy, so their local voices are heard by the outside world.
-
Open-air Photo Exhibitions: Where the community itself leads the narrative, walking through photographs that are like windows to shared history and collective memory.
Beyond the coaching, we provide the seeds and the technique for self-sufficiency. We offer small funding to set up Food Forests and start up livelihood activities model. These aren't handouts; they're investments that directly increase food security and generate income among families.
We lead community learning in creative ways. We don't just talk about nature; we walk in it. We take women, men, and children on camping trips, letting them wander to find their motivation, we ask them to paint their wildest imaginations onto a smooth river rock and a fallen leaf. This is how we connect the next generation to the environment through their own hands and hearts.
