Mini Cinema

A room with 20 seats dedicated to showing educational films, which will allow local children to interpret and narrate the film in local language and local accent. We also plan to set up the Xiengkhouang Film Festival Event once a year, which will welcome indigenous films from all around the world, and other films about environmental, climate changes, and human rights stories like LGBTQI.
